Construction continues as planned
In October, rough construction of one third of the houses was completed. Currently, structural beams are being set.
09/2020
Foundation and concrete slabs laid
All 15 houses now have finished foundation slabs.
08/2020
Construction
launched
As summer neared, the plot came to life and the Pálavská brána houses began to grow.
07/2020
Project obtained a construction permit
The permit application process was successful and preparatory work began.
1/2021
All Houses Now Have Roofs
Construction work is proceeding according to plan. All of the houses now have roofs and windows.
3/2021
In March, insulation began to be installed on the facades of the houses
Interior installations and plastering are almost done. With the arrival of spring, work began on insulating the roof space.
6/2021
Construction is continuing according to plan
Final work is currently underway on the facades and wood siding of the houses, bathroom floor and wall tiles are being completed in the bathrooms. The project is scheduled to be finished in the third quarter of 2021.
9/2021
Pálavská brána now sold out
Along with the end of summer, so too has the sale of the houses concluded. Within 10 months since their sale was launched, all fifteen have found their owners, who can now enjoy living or vacationing in the charming South Moravian countryside before the end of the year.
